Thorny Isaan
True blue Isaan food is not everybody’s taste. Isaan food is not the kind of Thai Food the world is used to.
Isaan is a very large dry and flat area in the heart of Thailand. It is not the preferred and famous travel destination as Koh Samui, Koh Phuket and Bangkok.
The Isaan has its own charm, which is fortunately not yet known to the majority of tourists.
Life in Isaan is laidback and simple and so is the food.
